All CARI couriers are current, enrolled students with verified campus edu email addresses. This ensures deliveries are completed by individuals who are already part of the university community and subject to campus conduct standards.
Every courier completes a background check and ID verification. We review each applicant, require a clean record, and onboard them with expectations for professionalism, conduct, and campus awareness.
CARI does not use cars or motorized vehicles for delivery. Deliveries are completed by bike or electric scooter, low-impact methods that align with pedestrian safety, campus infrastructure, and university regulations.
CARI maintains clear standards of conduct for all couriers. Any violation of safety expectations results in immediate review and removal from the platform when appropriate.
