Account Deletion Process
⚠️ Important: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data, order history, and preferences will be permanently removed from our systems.
If you wish to delete your CARI account, please follow the steps below:
Steps to Delete Your Account:
Step 1: Open the CARI app and go to your profile settings.
Step 2: Scroll down to find "Account Settings" or "Privacy Settings."
Step 3: Select "Delete Account" and follow the prompts to confirm your decision.
Alternative Method:
If you're unable to delete your account through the app, you can contact our support team:
- Email: contact@caridelivery.com
- Subject: Account Deletion Request
- Include: Your registered email address and phone number for verification
What Happens After Deletion:
- Your account will be permanently deleted within 30 days
- All personal information will be removed from our systems
- You will no longer receive emails or notifications from CARI
- Your order history and preferences will be permanently lost
Data Retention:
Some information may be retained for legal or business purposes as outlined in our Privacy Policy, including transaction records required for tax and accounting purposes.
